1. Promoter
The promotion is organised by Belly Button Designs (“the Promoter”), (Registered office Unit 3, The Oakfield Centre, Harling Road, Sharston Industrial Estate, Manchester M22 4UX, Company Registration Number 04403031)
2. The promotion
Customers who spend £40 or more on eligible products on www.bellybuttononline.com and enter the promotional code WINTER20 at checkout will receive 20% off their qualifying order and be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £500 worth of Belly Button Designs products.
3. Promotion dates
The promotion starts on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 6 December 2026. Orders must be placed successfully within this period to qualify.
4. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these terms and conditions or that involve fraudulent activity or misuse of the promotion.
5. How to enter
To enter the promotion, customers must:
Place an order on the Belly Button Designs website www.bellybuttononline.com during the promotion period.
Spend at least £40 on eligible products before the discount is applied, excluding delivery charges.
Enter the code WINTER20 at checkout and complete the purchase successfully.
Eligible customers will receive 20% off their qualifying order and will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No separate entry is required.
Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Customers may receive multiple entries by placing multiple qualifying orders during the promotion period.
6. Discount terms
The WINTER20 code provides 20% off qualifying orders with a minimum spend of £40 on eligible products before the discount is applied and excluding delivery charges.
The code must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
WINTER20 can be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers, subject to the applicable terms of those offers. The £40 minimum spend must be met before the WINTER20 discount is deducted.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the Promoter reserves the right to review the associated prize draw entry in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.
7. The prize
There is one prize available: £500 worth of Belly Button Designs products.
The Promoter will select the products included in the prize. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to product availability.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner at an agreed UK address.
8. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place after the closing date using a verifiably random selection process.
The Promoter's decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
9. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted directly by email using the email address provided with their qualifying order, as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the initial notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before selecting an alternative.
10. Prize fulfilment
The Promoter aims to arrange delivery of the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance, subject to product availability and delivery arrangements.
If a product intended for the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative of equivalent value.
11. Personal information and publicity
The Promoter will use entrants' personal information to administer the promotion, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Promoter may be required to provide information confirming that a valid award took place. The winner will be contacted regarding any proposed publicity, and personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Entering the promotion does not automatically subscribe customers to marketing communications. Any marketing subscription will be handled separately in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
12. Withdrawal from the prize draw
Entrants may withdraw their entry from the prize draw at any time by contacting contact@bellybuttondesigns.com. Withdrawal will not affect any rights relating to a qualifying purchase or discount already received.
13. General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms and conditions or involve fraud, manipulation or misuse of the promotion.
The Promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where exceptional circumstances make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects consumers' statutory rights.
14. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully processed due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
15. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
